Whilst walking sticks have a history which is long and involves the use of traditional materials, the use of comtemporary materials is increasing. There are many styles to choose from including; amber, marbled and claret effects.

This example is black hardwood with a knob handle made of Swarovski Elements supported by a collar of embossed leaves. A great formal cane for a night out at the theatre. 92 cm long.

This walking stick can be cut down in size as required. Please select the required walking stick length from the pull down menu below. Please note that we will come as close as we can to the measurement you select but as this height includes the ferrule and thicknesses of ferrule vary, your walking stick my vary by up to 1/2 inch from the height selected. NB once a stick has been cut down to size it cannot be returned so please measure with care.

To measure someone for a walking stick, ask them to stand with their weight evenly on both feet, looking straight ahead and with their arms relaxed by their sides. You then need to measure from the floor to the prominent bone of the wrist. This is the length of walking stick required. Please note this is just a rule of thumb. If the person has special needs, they may need to be measured by a medical professional. Alternatively they may have personal preferences for a longer or shorter walking stick.
