The brown suede patches about the patch pockets are reduce wear and tear for the shooter who habitually stores his shot gun cardridges in his pockets, rather than in one of our high quality Brady cartridge bags. There is also a zipped inside pocket (ideal for storing your shotgun cartridge) and articulated sleeve for ease of movement - very welcome when mounting a shotgun.
